Terms of Service

These terms govern use of MCP LeadFlow, operated by Velocity Web Enterprises LLC(5830 East 2nd St., STE 96674, Casper, WY 82609). By paying for or using the service you agree to them. Questions: info@mcpleadflow.com.

The service

MCP LeadFlow lets you build, embed, and share lead funnels, route submissions, and manage related workspace settings. We may change features as we improve the product.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You are responsible for credentials, workspace members, and activity under your account. Access is granted after payment and email verification.

Fees

Starter is billed at $49.99 per month through Stripe unless we agree otherwise in writing. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the product or via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply.

Acceptable use

Do not use MCP LeadFlow to send spam, collect data unlawfully, attack systems, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.

Your content

You retain rights to funnels, copy, and leads you collect. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process lead data.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law,Velocity Web Enterprises LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for non-payment or material breach. After termination, we may delete workspace data following our retention practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance.
