Information we collect

Account data: email, password (hashed by our auth provider), company name, and any billing or workspace details you provide. Payment is processed by Stripe; we receive customer identifiers, subscription status, and invoice records, not full card numbers. Product usage: funnels, leads submitted through your funnels, routing configuration, and support messages. Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use it

We use this information to provide MCP LeadFlow, process subscriptions, send transactional email (including one-time verification codes), prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data with processors that help us run the service, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email), and Google Tag Manager if you load our marketing site with analytics enabled. Leads submitted to your funnels are processed on your behalf; you are the controller of that data.

Retention

We keep account and billing records while your subscription is active and as required for tax and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by emailing info@mcpleadflow.com.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, or object to certain processing. Email info@mcpleadflow.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Access to the product is authenticated. Payment data is handled by Stripe. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a hosted SaaS product.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of MCP LeadFlow after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
